If you’ve ever had overnight oats, then you’re going to want to save this recipe. If you haven’t, I’m not sure what you’re waiting for because they are SO easy, freaking delicious and very nutritious ;). Overnight oats used to be my go-to breakfast in the summer time because it took literally 2 minutes to throw together. Plus, you can eat them on the go, if needed. These Chai Spice Pear Overnight Oats are fall packed into a jar. All you need to do is layer up your jar, give it a stir and toss it in the fridge overnight. Next morning, just enjoy them right out of the jar, chilled or even warm them up, if that’s you’re thing! Easy-peasy.
Chai Spiced Pear Overnight Oats
The easiest breakfast there ever was! So nutritious dense and oh-so comforting, these overnight oats are practically fall in a jar ;).

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (I used gluten free)
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp Anthony's Goods Pea Protein (optional, but I highly recommend. I've been using it for years and couldn't love it more)
- 1 tbsp homemade chai spice blend (2 tsp cardamom, 2 tsp allspice, 2 tsp nutmeg, 4 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp cloves, 6 tsp ginger)
- *store the rest in an airtight container for future delicious recipes*
- 1 serving of your favorite protein powder (I've been loving YouCanBean vegan cinnamon lately)
- 1/3 or so water or almond milk/milk of choice
- 1/2 diced pear
- peanut butter to top (optional)
- additional sprinkle of cinnamon to top (optional)
- hemp seeds to top (optional)
Directions
- Step 1
- – Combine all the ingredients in a large glass jar and stir it up super well.

- - Add a lid to the container and place in the fridge overnight.
- Step 3
- - In the morning, give your oats a good stir and eat right out of the jar or empty into your bowl.
