This is the bowl that I basically have everyday for breakfast. It rarely ever gets old. I like to this of it as a Loaded Blueberry Muffin Bowl, with all the extra toppings. Super nourishing and ultra comforting. I know lots of people like to have different things for breakfast, but 90% of the time, I’m having some form of this breakfast bowl. I have found out over the years, that my body does best with a bowl of sprouted oats in the morning. I am also a huge fan of blueberry muffins, and once I found a plant based protein powder that literally tastes exactly like a real, bakery-style, delicious blueberry muffin; I was sold!
Loaded Blueberry Muffin Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sprouted gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp Anthony's Goods Pea Powder (optional)
- few sprinkles of cinnamon
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 serving BEAM Blueberry Muffin Vegan protein powder
- 1 cup + 1/4 cup water or almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 big spoonful your favorite peanut butter/nut butter
Directions
- Step 1
- – In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water or almond milk to boil.
- Step 2
- - Add in sprouted gluten free oats, flaxseed, cinnamon, Anthony’s Goods pea powder, and sweetener (if using).
- Step 3
- - Stir in Blueberry Muffin vegan protein powder over low heat.
- Step 4
- - Gradually add in a few splashes of extra water or almond milk if too thick and clumpy.
- Step 5
- - Add in blueberries and fold mixture together.
- Step 6
- - Transfer to bowl and add the remainder of blueberries.
- Step 7
- - Top with sliced banana, peanut butter, hemp seeds, more cinnamon and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
- Step 8
- - Enjoy in the sun with your favorite morning beverage :).
